Dr. Herman received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine on Monday, December 21, and will receive the second dose in approximately three weeks. The vaccine was administered at Northwell Health. Dr. Herman will continue to take all precautions (wearing a mask and PPE, washing hands thoroughly and frequently, and social distancing) regardless of vaccination status.
